Shipping policy

We ship all products directly from our warehouse in Chennai , Tamil Nadu. We are associated with reputable logistics partners to help with faster delivery times.

  1. Please sign the delivery confirmation when you receive the order. If you cannot pick up the order, let a family member, colleague, or Neighbour know.

  2. Any goods signed by an alternate person are not subject to Iyarkai’s responsibility.

  3. There are no discounts on shipping charges, combos, or ongoing offers if you use a promo code, gift card, promotional code, affiliate code, or discount code.

  4. Prepaid orders over Rs. 5000/- qualify for FREE shipping.

  5. If the order is less than Rs.120/- (applies to COD orders as well as pre-paid orders), there will be a charge of Rs. 100/-.

  6. Charges for COD will be 100/- by default.

Domestic Delivery

  • In most cases, we deliver across India within 7 – 14 business days. It may take longer during the festive seasons or during natural calamities.

  • We deliver all shipments Monday through Saturday between 9.00 AM and 4.00 PM.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Send an email to iyarkaiwellness@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order if you wish to cancel your COD or PREPAID order.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us at iyarkaiwellness@gmail.com within 2 working days.

  • Damage during delivery can't be refunded nor replaced.
  • One the order is dispatched & if you are not reachable by any means and the order is returned to us, a charge of Rs.100 will be deducted as default additional to shipping charges.
  • To resend the missed courier by any means the client has to bear the shipping charges.
