How to use Naalpamradi oil?

1. Take required quantity and Heat in double boiling method
2. Apply evenly over the body once its warm.Leave it for 30 mins.Let it absorb.
3. For extra effects do dry Brushing or Rub dry herbal bath powder or Nalanga powder in upward direction vigoursly.
4. Take a Cotton towel and dip in hot water. Place it all over the body and to let the ingredients absorb.
5. Once done . Take bath in warm water.Do not use soap.Use Bath powders without soap.
