Key ingredients: Nalpamara (bark of four ficus trees), vetiver, Indian costus root, Indian madder and turmeric.

How to use: Gently warm the oil using a double boiler until comfortably warm, not hot. Apply evenly over the body and leave for 30 minutes before bathing. Wash off with a gentle bath powder. Use during the day and avoid open cuts or burned skin.
